Copyright & Usage

• Clients are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use.

• Credit must be given when sharing publicly (e.g., “Photo by Sara Dawn Photography”).

Liability

• We take precautions to protect and deliver your images safely.

• Sara Dawn Photography is not liable for indirect damages, loss of digital files after delivery, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Client information is confidential and used only for session coordination, delivery, and marketing communications (with consent).
